So what’s the difference between a one step polish and a paint correction?

A Paint correction will get your vehicle looking as best as possible where as a one step polish will definitely make your vehicle look better but will still leave some scratches behind. A one step polish is more geared towards the people who are just looking to bring back some of that lost shine to their vehicle where as a full paint correction will do both Get rid of most of the scratches and make your vehicle as glossy as possible.

So what is the process taken to do a one step polish?

1 thoroughly clean and degrease the wheels and tires and wheel wells.

2 Next is Washing the paint with high quality car soap and agitating with a wash mitt.

3 While the paint is still wet fully decontaminate the painted and glass surfaces.

4 Spray Iron remover the entire car to remove All Ferris metals from the vehicle.

5 Rinse the car completely to remove any chemicals or last minute dirt before drying.

6 Dry the vehicle with air and high quality plush towels.

7 Bring the vehicle into the garage or shaded area

8 Thoroughly give the car an IPA wipe down

9 Polish all painted surfaces in 2ftx2ft sections

10 wipe off any polish residue

11 Finish with a Wax or ceramic coating, and that’s it!

What tools and products do you use to do a one step polish?

High quality car soap, high quality wash mitts, high quality drying towels, Pressure washer, High quality IPA mix, High quality clay mitt or clay bar (for decontamination), ONR, Adams polishes One step polish or Adams polishes polish, Chemical Guys polishers and last but not least Bead Maker.

What brands do you guys mainly use?

Adams polishes, Chemical guys, Optimum polymer technologies, the rag company towels and P and S.

Can I bring my car to you?

We offer mobile service so that you don’t have to take time out of your day to take your vehicle to a shop or garage. However some customers would prefer dropping their vehicle off for a day or two at a garage or shop and if that’s what you would prefer than that’s perfectly fine. We do have a shop where we can service your vehicle contact us for more information on the shop location.

How long does a one step polish take?

it depends on if you’re getting a ceramic coating to go with the one step polish. If you are getting the ceramic coating with the one step polish then that will take one full day for sedans and one and a half days for large vehicles. However if you are not going to get the ceramic coating with the one step polish then that should only take 3-4 hours for sedans and 4-5 hours for large vehicles.
